Version 2.2.9-1 from Debian also has this problem, since Debian packages are
built against libgnutls-dev.
gusty has 2.2.10-1 which could fix the problem according to
debian/changelog:
gkrellm (2.2.10-1) unstable; urgency=low
* Add patches to fix that configure script is unable to detect libgnutls.
