We need a bit more information to be able to progress this bug.
Please could you describe exactly what your issue is? Is clamav-
freshclam not starting? Are you not getting updates?
Its unclear from the current bug report description.
If that is the case please can you attach /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log
to this bug report.
