Hi. This script had no effect. I even ran it while music was playing. Mine is a dv6tqe, slightly different than your model. Are there things I can run to give you extra info that maybe resolves the minor differences in hardware? I"m really interested getting this fixed after 8 months. In windows, the speakers sound amazing, however that is definitely not enough reason to use Windows.
