Hi there, I have the same Kernel panic on a Dell Studio XPS 13. I tryied to launch the installation with the option "nouveau.blacklist=1" before "quiet plash --" (because it solved another problem on an other PC so i tried) and it seems to work for me (the installation is now in progress). But maybe just a lucky shot :)
