Public bug reported:
Problem starting mysql daemon because error in apparmor profile. The file
"/etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.mysqld" does not exist.
Can be corrected by:
sudo -s
umask 022
touch /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.mysqld
