I am assuming you're using the same CD that you installed Ubuntu with.
Can you go to the CD on your system?
For example something like:
ls /media/cdrom0
** Changed in: cdrom-checker (Ubuntu)
Sourcepackagename: openssh => cdrom-checker
Status: Unconfirmed => Needs Info
