I can confirm this issue. Below is a way to reproduce this issue:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Clementine
2. Minimize / Maximize Clementine multiple times (not close)
3. Try right click
What is the expected output?
The right click menu appers within Clementine.
What do you see instead?
Nothing. Right click = left click
Restart necessary.
What version of the product are you using?
Clementine 1.0 (Ubuntu PPA)
On what operating system?
Ubuntu 11.10 x64 / Ubuntu 12.04 x64
only Unity 3D Desktop -> not in Gnome Shell / Unity 2D
