I can try (grin) and being new is not new In the terminal window do the following mysql -uroot -p (return) << gets you into the mysql shell with admin privs if you do not know the password try your root pwd GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON zm.* TO 'zmuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY "zmpass"; << should/must be case sensitive just copy and paste
