apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected precise

** Description changed:

I have set all the settings I have found to prevent my display from sleeping
when inactive when my battery is charging.
On the System Settings, if found the following relevant settings:

  Brightness and Lock.
Here I set "Turn screen off when inactive for:" to "Never".

  Power.
Nothing related found here, except a redirection link to the "Brightness
Settings".

Then I checked for screen savers.
The "xscreensaver" application is no longer present. Only a set of
"xscreensaver-*".
The "xdg-screensaver" command does nothing when I issue its "activate"
command.
There is a "gnome-screensaver-command" binary which points to a
"xscreensaver-command" binary file which does not exist, so nothing to worry
about there.

I find nothing else I can change, but I can't stop my screen from
sleeping after 10 minutes or so.

- I am using a Dell XPS M1530 Laptop, with Ubuntu 12.04 amd64 (though the
- problem was present before the upgrade).
