Documentation was made available; in simple: just remove the line
"dns=dnsmasq" or comment it out, then restart network-manager for the
changes to take effect.
Further documentation about the options available in NetworkManager.conf
is available in NetworkManager.conf(5) (the manpage for
NetworkManager.conf); since there is available documentation on the
installed system and available from the Precise Release Notes, I'm
closing this bug as "Invalid" (meaning there is no bug, we've provided
the documentation).
