** Description changed:

Running Ubuntu 12.04, upgraded from 11.10

  To reproduce:
  - Install wine and install spotify.
  - Launch spotify and move it to a different workspace. Start playing music.
  - Go back to your primary workspace. Wait until a spotify ad pops up
-- The ad should have no window borders. Eventually it'll fade away, or you
can click it to get rid of it. For a brief moment, window borders will appear
around the spotify ad before closing.
-- After the ad closes, the window borders will disappear from all windows.
  - Run compiz --replace to get the borders back..

This is what popped up in my terminal window when the crash occurs:

The program 'gtk-window-decorator' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'.
- (Details: serial 20155 error_code 3 request_code 20 minor_code 0)
-   (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
- that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
- To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
- option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
- backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
