Public bug reported: When within a virtual box, all keypresses belong to the virtual machine. To gain access to the host OS, you normally have to press the defined Host-key in virtual box.
E.g. if you switch windows within a virtual Windows OS inside Virtual box, your Alt-Tab directly goes to Windows. Now, with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS a single <Alt> keypress which also MUST stay within VirtualBox instead opens the lenses menu search function. It shouldn't. It's massive distractive and not the expected behavior.
