On ubuntu 11.10, in certain setups Firestarter stops firewall while
connected to the internet if you break lan connection (e.g when
disconnecting laptop).

100% Reproduce steps:

internet is on eth1
lan with internet connection sharing is on eth0
configure firestarter
start firestarter -> firewall active

now when you disconnect eth0, firestarter stops the firewall as it assumes
internet is always on eth0
internet is in my case not on eth0 but on eth1 -> so if i disconnect my laptop
which uses ICS, the firewall stops and leaves my whole system open!

Bad thing is that if you dont have firestarter running you are NOT aware
you are connected to the internet with the firewall down.

** Affects: firestarter (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
