apt-get install samba4 resulted in a series of errors.  This is on a
fresh install of ubuntu 12.04 lts.  Yesterday I had tried to setup a
samba4 server on a semi-fresh install and encountered this same errors.
Today I had the opportunity to install Ubuntu on a new computer and
decided to install samba4 as one of the first things that I did (after
apt-get update and apt-get upgrade).
