Public bug reported:

To reproduce:
1. Press and hold 'Super'. The keyboard shortcut displays: "Ctrl+Super+Down —
Restores or minimizes the current window."
2. Open a new window (any application) and maximize.
3. Press Ctrl+Super+Down. The window restores.
4. Press Ctrl+Super+Down again.

Expected:
The window minimizes.

Observed:
Nothing.

Additionally, I see on other Launchpad bugs that Ctrl+Alt+Numpad 0
minimizes windows; but this is not listed in the keyboard shortcut
overlay, and some keyboards (mine) do not have a numpad.

The net effect is that there is no discoverable keyboard shortcut to
minimize a single window.
