Public bug reported:
Hi, there is no charging info when charging, nor a % available when
discharging. It says the computer is plugged into external power through
an AC adapter, but it's not. When the battery is empty the computer will
turn off, but I cannot tell when. I'm using Lubuntu 12.04.
