I was wrong about the lstat command doesn't exist, it's a function in C not the 
command. But it return negetive.
I tried stat command on my PC and here is result:
$ stat /sbin/modprobe

  Size: 59976           Blocks: 120        IO Block: 4096   regular file
Device: 801h/2049d      Inode: 4313        Links: 1
Access: (0755/-rwxr-xr-x)  Uid: (    0/    root)   Gid: (    0/    root)
