Not only Maverik, Ubuntu 10.10, also later versions, as 11.04, 11.10, and
partly 12.04.
It is a variety of things triggering this bug:
- Apparmor
- Kernel-Version, kernel-release (maybe it is triggered by compiling modules in
different ways)
- libvirtd-version
- maybe even filesystem dependent

I did see it shortly on Ubuntu 12.04 poping up again. After carefully
looking at apparmor files, libvirtd. I could not find why it was again
there. After upgrading to a plain vanilla kernel (3.2.16) it was gone
again.
