On Gnome-Classic, when moving the cursor at the top of the screen it
gets out of context, I mean, i.e., if you have a windows maximized and
want to close, minimize it, etc., moving the cursor at the top of the
screen won't close, minimize,etc. the window, because it is out of
"range", you must put the cursos few pixels down to acomplish this.
