The problem is that this app was available as a explicit amd64 package as Michael pointed out above in Natty and Maverick. With the multiarch changes presented in Oneiric and Precise the amd64 build was dropped, however the entry in the SCA was not updated. Upon discovery (this bug) we went ahead and removed the amd64 entries which took affect yesterday.
We have a bug #966335 that will address the issue with multiarch and presentation to the USC by the SCA. I hope your payment has been addressed - if not, reply and we'll rectify.
