Hello, i could solve the problem on my own through trial and error. I
just started to remove the packages which are related to brightness and
completely removed "acpid", "acpi-support", "laptop-mode-tools", "xfce4
-power-manager" and "xfce4-power-manager-plugins" packages, then
installed back all of them step by step, between steps i rebooted my
computer and checked the status. At the end i determined the "xfce4
-power-manager" and "xfce4-power-manager-plugins" packages are
responsible for this conflict about setting the brightness. I think the
same problem does exist for gnome-power-manager too, because all of
ubuntu based distros have same problem for my computer...
