Hi Steven,
Ubuntu 10.10 is out of support as of the end of April. Please upgrade to
a later release. I suggest Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
I am closing this bug as won't fix. Please reopen with a detailed bug
description if you can reproduce it on a later Ubuntu release.
