The upstream bug https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9147 is about the Unknown key pressed error (ie. the first three lines above). I also found https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12193 which is very old and occurs much more often than on my system. I'll forward this bug to upstream in a second.
