Public bug reported:

Repro:

Create a new spreadsheet:

    $ gnumeric &

Type "foo" in the first cell, maximize the window, and save as /tmp/foo
(so the file is /tmp/foo.gnumeric). Close and quit gnumeric.

Open the spreadsheet:

    $ gnumeric /tmp/foo.gnumeric &

It opens maximized, but not quite reaching the bottom of the display.
Notably, the "Sheet 1", "Sheet 2", "Sheet 3" tabs are not visible.
Unmaximizing the window reveals them, and remaximizing the window
behaves correctly.

I have a dual head system (2 x 1920 x 1200) on which maximized windows
occupy one head. This might be a bug in compiz, but I don't see it in
other apps at the moment, so I'm reporting it for gnumeric.
