Binary package hint: gnome-panel
For some reason, in gutsy, apport is not catching this failure, but gdb
on gnome-panel before it crashes and then getting a backtrace when it's
crashed shows:

I'd love to send an apport report instead as I'm sure it would be
infinitely more useful, but they are just not happening here for
whatever reason.
