I have same display card and same problem here. xrandr can't detect any
hdmi input, i am trying to connect a projector. Connection with vga is
ok.
And while using nvidia-current driver, lspci -v output has something
like this:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GF106 [GeForce GT 555M]
(rev ff) (prog-if ff)
!!! Unknown header type 7f
It did not show the kernel module. Please help, i want to fire this
display card, this laptop and the engineers who are working on nvidia
and developed silly optimus settings.
