I've upgraded to 12.0.1 but the issue still exists. Not sure if it 
impacts the bug, but my first identity doesn't have an email address (so 
that I always have to choose my outgoing address). My install also goes 
back quite a ways, so perhaps something failed to upgrade that would 
work on a fresh install. Anything else I can do to help diagnose this?
