Public bug reported:

XChat-WDK originally is a fork of XChat that you can use on Windows for
free, but it also works on Linux. XChat seems to be inactive, the last
version was released on 30th May 2010 in comparison to XChat-WDK that
was updated tonight. (22:14 4th May 2012)

XChat-WDK also has some other improvements: http://www.xchat-
