Public bug reported:

If I scroll in the playlist using the mousewheel it scrolls a few lines at a
time as it should.
But if I then mose to another windows like a terminal or webbrowser and scroll
much there and then go back to audacious and start to scroll, it scrolls like
pages instead.

It's exactly like the scrolling I do in another program gets in the
"scrollbuffer" of audacious.
It does not happen though when scrolling in nautilus. But it does happen when
scrolling in gnome-terminal or firefox.
