I've attached a logfile. I disabled ntp and used: hwclock && date (every 5 
minutes as root /etc/crontab)
I used ntpdate right before enabling it.

Notice how time in "date" gradually increases? That's my problem. That
didn't and does not happen in edgy/dapper drake (tested 3 times with a
clean format) nor in windows xp.
