** Description changed:

  What I expected to happen:
Adding a new wallpaper via the plus (+) button lets the wallpaper remain in
the Appearence settings, so that we can choose it again next time.

  What happened instead:
The added wallpaper disappears after we close the Appearance settings window.
It won't be listed next time we open it.

  How to reproduce:
  1. Open Appearance via Dash or Device Menu -> System Settings
  2. Add a new image as a wallpaper using the plus (+) button
  3. The wallpaper changed successfully, and we can see the image in Pictures
Folder section
  4. Close the Appearance window
  6. Open the Appearance settings again
- 7. The image we recently add disappears
+ 7. Select Pictures Folder from the drop-down menu
+ 8. The image we recently added is not listed anymore

Adding more than one new wallpaper gives the same result.
I also tested using Precise Live USB to confirm that this is not a
configuration problem, and it behaves the same.
