Wow, congrats...
"At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible)."
1. I put in my password so that I can unlock the screen, when coming from
screen off (not from resume or start-up).
2. Ahhhh dunno.... TO JUST NOT HANG ? :faceslap:
3. Well it started baking some pancakes and served them right in my freaking
face. :/ It freaking hanged, what else could it possibly do (according to the
bug report title)? It just hanged right after unlocking the screen. Sometimes
the screen doesn't even turn ON so that I can punch in my password. Pff...
PS: Mart, don't do Ctrl+Alt+Del or whatever. Log in to a CLI session
Ctrl+Alt+F1. Manually search for one of the following processes
compiz/Xorg/Login then kill it. It should then revert you to your login shell.
