Public bug reported:

Test case:
1. Insert a CD in your CD drive with 15MB of content.
2. Copy image -> Image file -> ISO
3. After the copying finished, eject the CD without closing Brasero.
4. Insert the next CD (contents around 560MB in my case).
5. Copy image -> Image file -> ISO
6. At first it still showed the title and size of the first CD. I cancelled it,
mounted the CD with Nautilus, and repeated step 5. This time it showed the
correct title, but not the correct size (still 15MB).
7. Start copying.
8. When it's finished, go to the location where the ISO file was saved.
Observe; It's a 15MB ISO with only half-written files, while the CD's contents
where around 560MB.
9. Restart Brasero, and repeat step 5. This time it reports the correct title
and size. The created image is the correct size, but when you extract it, the
content is onlt 150MB and the files are corrupted/half-written.
