Screen shows only on top half of screen at boot. Can bypass by pressing
CTRL+ ALT + FN + F5, then hitting CTRL + ALT + FN + F7 though
occasionally this fails to return to full screen. Problem reoccurrs when
resuming from suspend mode (closed lid).
