The latest boinc package from https://code.launchpad.net/~blueyed/boinc
/pkg-boinc (from debian)
doesn't apply a patch, but this patch applies with no problem with bzr-
buildded and quilt.
So this seems to be a bug in bzr since this recipe doesn't build anymore
