Public bug reported:

When using gnutv with "-out stdout" it doesn't exit when it's reader
quits (i.e. and it gets an EPIPE/SIGPIPE).

I've submitted a patch upstream at
http://patchwork.linuxtv.org/patch/11069/ but will attach it here for
good measure.
