I've pinpointed the problem to when the window being maximized spans
both monitors it becomes maximized on the first monitor even though I
dragged and snapped the window to the top of the second monitor in order
to maximize it.

** Summary changed:

- window manager - Nvidia twinview fullscreening window on secondary monitor
moves window to primary monitor
+ window manager - Nvidia twinview maximizing window on secondary monitor moves

** Description changed:

- Fullscreening a window on the secondary monitor with Nvidia twinview
- erroneously moves the window to the primary monitor to fullscreen it.
+ Maximizing a window on the secondary monitor with Nvidia twinview
+ erroneously moves the window to the primary monitor to maximize it.
