Public bug reported:
After upgrade from Oneiric Voikko cannot be added to modules and therefore
cannot be used at all. Reinstalling Voikko didn't solve the issue.
Command /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/unopkg reinstall --bundled solves the
issue.
What is expected to happen: Voikko should work as before upgrading or at least
could be selected as a language module.
What happens: Finnish language module Voikko cannot be used at all.
