Today I have been testing this again an seems that solution works fine.
I have installed more backports packages, not only linux-backports-
modules-cw-3.3-precise-generic. This are my packages:
dpkg -l | grep linux-backports
ii linux-backports-modules-cw-3.3-3.2.0-24-generic-pae 3.2.0-24.8
compat-wireless Linux modules for version 3.2.0 on x86
ii linux-backports-modules-cw-3.3-precise-generic-pae 3.2.0.24.26
Backported wireless drivers for generic-pae kernel image
ii linux-backports-modules-net-3.2.0-24-generic-pae 3.2.0-24.8
Linux ethernet modules for version 3.2.0 on x86
ii linux-backports-modules-net-precise-generic-pae 3.2.0.24.26
Backported ethernet drivers for generic kernel image.
