Can reproduce on a Toshiba Satellite R630. The module was making problems in kernel 3.0.x too, but never saw a report like this in the logs. After a dist-upgrade I now get it. It looks like the problem only shows up in locations with a lot of different wireless networks and a weak connection to the access point.
