Public bug reported:
I have a very much tailored setup, with Search And Launch and two panels. a
small one on top, and one somewhere on the right edge. Both don't extend to the
corners. Both are set to auto-hide. Exactly since update 11.10 to 12.04, the
one on the right side doesn't pop out.
It is "activated" by a mouse-over, which can be seen by the "glare" around the
applet: There is a small strip of this glare at mouse-over, but the panel
itself remains invisible. This has been going on since the upgrade, and I don't
know what to do. I can't reach the panel, logically, neither the panel menu.
The panel on top works flawlessly. This bug is totally related to the update.
Something must have gone wrong.
