Ok, sorry again... No, the bug report holds, but it was very unexpected.
The bug happens only on battery power, but the behaviour of the reboot is weird
even on AC power. So new description:
On AC power: system shuts down, the fan seems to restart, after 1 or 2 seconds,
power off, wait for about another 2 sec and the computer restarts. Ok.
On battery power: all the same as on AC power but after the second 2-second's
wait, won't restart, even after 10 or 30 seconds. (and the battery is fully
charged)
Note that nothing of this happens when I ask Ms Windows to reboot (in the same
conditions) : it shuts down, there's no "false restart" pause and then actual
restart as with the AC power version here above; the system reboots directly
after shutdown, no wait, no abortion or fail.
