changed in preparation of easy-codec-installation:
demote gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3, gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg from Recommends
to Suggests
promote gstreamer0.10-plugins-base, gstreamer0.10-alsa from Recommends
to Depends
