So somebody introduced a patch because the computed load averages were
too low - and now they are way too high. Nice. :)

But this would mean that it's an error merely related to
display/reporting, right? In my case, I am not 100% sure if the system
is actually slower ("loaded"), but it sure feels like it.

I will try to reproduce the condition in which system boot took ~10
minutes and load consistently higher than 10.
