Before booting, disconnecting the wireless USB mouse and keyboard (comes with 
Packard Bell OneTwo), X boots up without problems.
When I connect the Chicony USB Wireless HID receiver X crashes immediately. 
This is consistently reproducible.
Check the Xorg.log for:

 (II) XINPUT: Adding extended input device "Chicony USB Wireless HID Receiver" 
(type: KEYBOARD, id 11)
 (**) Option "xkb_rules" "evdev"
 (**) Option "xkb_model" "pc105"
 (**) Option "xkb_layout" "us"

 (II) evdev: Chicony USB Wireless HID Receiver: initialized for absolute axes.
