Ubuntu currently has these changes on top of Debian (in 0.15ubuntu1):
- tasks/geography: Move to postgresql-9.1-postgis (8.4 is NBS),
switch to python-mapnik2 from python-mapnik (NBS).
- tasks/statistics: Remove r-cran-pscl (NBS).
- Switch to libcneartree-dev from libcneartree3-dev (NBS).
- Switch from nordugrid-arc-nox to libarccommon1.
>From what I can see, these changes are still not in Debian: python-
mapnik2, r-cran-pscl, libcneartree-dev, libarccommon1.
This means we can't currently sync this package, instead it needs to be
merged: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Merging
