I thought my fiances new keyboard had the same problem as it wouldn't work in
grub but was fine when it booted into ubuntu feisty. However, it turned out it
was plugged into the ps2 mouse port :P
Let that be a lesson to you, remember the OSI Model and check the Physical
Layer first. :)
