Hello.
I can install Ubuntu 12.04 LTS only with acpi=off flag. After installation,
i've tried to boot with another options and found that Ubuntu can boot only
with acpi=off or pci=noacpi.
Also i've tried
acpi=ht
acpi=noirq
pnpacpi=off
noapic
nolapic
but it's not work at all.
Also, ive tried to install the mainline kernel - 3.4 rc6, but i've got
the same issue.
I've collected some information about my system, i've attach it to this
report. I hope it can help. If i can help in some other way, i would
love to.
