Public bug reported:
The 04f2:a13b Samsung Pleomax webcam gives very low output, with very dark
image and no sound.
The webcam's green LED don't light as it is with Windows, and I'm not able
record sounds.
It seems that this webcam miss power supply from the PC: it seems that the
green led indicate that some amlifier inside the webcam is working, and Ubuntu
does'nt use the webcam properly, because during the use, the led rimains OFF.
During the boot of the system the green led lights on for a few seconds, before
the desktop is ready. After it remains ever OFF.
With windows the webcam is ok, so I can say the device is not broken.
