This bug causes normal Plasma desktop unavailable when kubuntu-active-
default-settings package is installed; every KDE session launches
plasma-device instead.
Kubuntu-active-default-settings contains file /etc/X11/Xsession.d
/51kubuntu-active which sets KDEDIRS environment variable on _every_
Xorg session, when that environment variable change should happen only
on kubuntu-active session: I propose moving the contents of that file to
the beginning of /usr/bin/startactive bash script instead for example.
